What to include
- Your Chrome version and OS (macOS/Windows/Linux)
- Extension version (Chrome → Extensions → Zillurl Vocab)
- YouTube URL and whether it is a Shorts or a regular video
- A screenshot of the error (if any)
- Approximate time when the issue happened (with timezone)
Troubleshooting
- Refresh the YouTube tab and try again
- Disable and re-enable the extension
- Sign out and sign in again
- Make sure subtitles are available for the video
